Corrugated System
Lifetime Corrugated Panel is structurally very strong and ideal for the traditional colonial look. The 39-inch wide panels come in continuous lengths up to 60 inches.
Our Corrugated Panels are made of steel and aluminium, and there is a choice of finishes:
Material, Finishes:
Base Material:

- Pre-painted metal (Backed by a full 10 year guarantee)
Paint is actually baked onto galvalume after surface is primed with an epoxy primer followed by fluorocarbon coating. A protective wash coat covers the underside. - Silicone polyester
- Substrate: Zincalume G300 AZ 150, 24ga (0.63mm), 26ga (0.5mm) and (.40mm)
- Pretreatment: Corrosion resistant property conversion coating.
- Primer Cost: Corrosion inhibitive primer. Normal thickness 5|jm each side Custom formulated Snow Gun Green
- Finish Coat: Custom formulated system. Normal thickness 20 um on the top or weather side. The finish coat is available in several standard colours. On special request the finish coat can be applied to both sides to provide a ’double sided’ product. With appropriate lead time provided specially required colours may be avaiiable.
- Gloss: Normal 25% (60°). Other gloss levels may be available on request.
- Galvalume
A coating of aluminium is bonded to a steel base by a continuous hot dipping process which renders the roof highly heat reflective and greatly resistant to corrosion and high temperature oxidation.

INSTALLATION
Lifetime Roofing Corrugated Panel Profile
- Install panels in such a manner that horizontal lines are true and level and vertical lines
are plumb. - Attach panels using manufacturer’s standard fasteners, spaced in accordance with
approved shop drawings. - install sealants for performed roofing panels as approved shop drawings,
- Do riot allow panels or trim to come into contact with dissimilar materials,
- Protect installed roof panels and trims from damage caused by adjacent construction until completion of installation
