All DOMUS lineal are supplied by VEKA Inc., one of the world’s largest and most respected vinyl suppliers (with 1,000,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space in the USA alone). All DOMUS products meet or exceed the applicable AAMA (American Architectural Manufacturers Association) standards.
DOMUS AND VEKA GUARANTEE THAT DOMUS WINDOWS AND DOORS WILL NOT BLISTER, CHIP, CRACK, PEEL, CORRODE OR PIT FOR A PERIOD OF AT LEAST TWENTY YEARS AFTER DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT. SHOULD THE UPVC MATERIAL FAIL DURING THIS PERIOD, DOMUS WILL REPLACE THE WINDOW OR DOOR AT NO COST.
All screws, hinges and other exposed operating hardware are made of coastally-rated stainless steel. DOMUS GUARANTEES THE INTENDED OPERATION OF ALL HARDWARE FOR A PERIOD OF AT LEAST FIVE YEARS AFTER DELIVERY. SHOULD THE HARDWARE FAIL DURING THIS PERIOD, DOMUS WILL REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE HARDWARE AT NO COST. All hardware can be replaced on-site without de-installation of the window or door unit, so DOMUS windows and doors can be expected to last indefinitely with minimal maintenance, even well beyond the warranty periods.
The threat of hurricanes in the Caribbean and Latin America is a real one and may be increasing due to global warming. Our independently tested hurricanerated window and door products recognize the reality of hurricane risk and provide a wide range of options to counter it. All hurricane-rated DOMUS Impact products meet or exceed either the ASTM (American Standard for the Testing of Materials) or Miami-Dade Impact test protocols.

DOMUS windows and doors are lead-free (in stark contrast to the vast majority of UPVC products sold in the Caribbean which are stabilized with lead – despite having been banned from North America due to wellunderstood health concerns).

PERFORMANCE PRODUCT LINE
Like all DOMUS products, Performance windows are attractive, made from the highest quality materials and manufactured to the highest standards. Performance windows are available in single-hung (or sash), sliders, special shapes and picture window configurations. DOMUS maintains a stock of commonly demanded sizes at all of its Distribution Centres; however custom sizes may be ordered at no additional cost. All Performance operating windows come standard with security opening limiters (which prevent an intruder from opening the window and entering silently). Insect screens are available for all operating windows. A wide range of glazing colour and texture options are available including grey and bronze tints, frosted glass and both vertically and horizontally reeded glass. DOMUS also offers security laminate glass and Lexan to dramatically improve security and hurricane performance for this inexpensive product line.

SUPREME PRODUCT LINE
DOMUS Supreme windows and doors provide sophisticated, up-market styling in custom sizes. A full selection of window types are available including single-hung (or sash), doublehung (or sash), slider, awning (or top-hung), casement (or sidehung), picture and special shapes. These window types can be combined into a myriad of multi-unit configurations. Both sliding “patio” doors and swing doors are available in a variety of configurations, with or without transoms. Insect screens are available for all Supreme products except for inswing doors and over-sized outswing doors.
A complete range of glazing colour and texture options are available including grey and bronze tints, frosted glass and vertically and horizontally reeded glass. In addition, a full-range of energy efficiency glazing options can be selected including insulated glass, with or without Low-E glazing. DOMUS’ tinted and laminated glass blocks 95% of ultraviolet light (which can bleach furniture, curtains and internal finishes).
Many security features are available for Domus Supreme windows and doors. Security opening limiters (which prevent silent intrusion) come standard on all Supreme sash and slider windows, and are available optionally on awning and casement windows. All Supreme doors are delivered with laminated glazing which provides enhanced security protection as well as preventing accidental injury (many doors delivered into the Caribbean are glazed with ordinary float glass which will shard upon impact and may maim or even kill). Insulated glazed units with both laminated glass and Lexan provide superior security protection as well as much improved hurricane protection.

IMPACT PRODUCT LINE
Our hurricane rated Impact product line provides the ultimate in protection against hurricanes and severe storms that frequent the Caribbean. This broad window family provides the same full range of operating mechanisms as the DOMUS Supreme product line, and most of the same glazing alternatives, allowing both style and energy efficiency options in addition to superior hurricane and security performance.
All DOMUS Impact windows come standard with an internal 0.100” laminate of specially formulated polyurethane bonded to two panes of glass. This laminated unit is attached to the sashes using a purpose-specific hurricane-rated adhesive/sealing agent. The laminated glass unit can be combined with a Lexan pane resulting in DOMUS Ultimate Security insulated glass unit (which provides excellent energy efficiency at the same time as providing very high intrusion resistance). Alternatively, consumers can choose the same DOMUS bullet-proof glazing chosen by banks and other financial institutions.
All of these features are available without compromising style and an up-market appearance.

COMMERCIAL STOREFRONT UNITS
Commercial projects can now benefit from DOMUS’ attractive, long-lasting storefront product line which delivers the same longevity and guarantee as its residential products (namely 20 years for UPVC material and 5 years for all hardware). DOMUS storefront units are available in both DOMUS Security and DOMUS Impact configurations. DOMUS Security storefront units are made using internally laminated glass in sharp contrast to the vast majority of competitive storefront suppliers (that use tempered glass which shatters into a thousand pieces when struck, providing instant access to thieves). Many robberies have been averted when intended thieves strike laminated glass and are surprised to find that their intrusion tool bounces back in their faces.
DOMUS Impact storefront units are constructed using hurricane-rated glass which is locked into sashes and frames using a high-strength, purpose-specific adhesive. Frame reinforcements provide sufficient strength to withstand winds exceeding 190mph. For even greater security, DOMUS Ultimate Security insulated glass units combine Domus Impact laminated glass with Lexan to provide the highest level of security protection. And, as with the DOMUS Impact window and door product line, bullet-proof glass is also an option.

offers a number of shower screens and sliding shower doors providing beautiful, stylish appearance, ease of cleaning and longevity in the Caribbean climate.
DOMUS HANDRAILS, DECKING AND FENCING
DOMUS provides a number of stylish reinforced UPVC handrails that are approved for all structures (including high-rise buildings), and carry the same guarantee as other DOMUS products. We also provide decking products which are made solely from UV resistant UPVC, (and without any wood particles or other materials that will deteriorate over time). Available in six different colours. DOMUS also supplies a number of fencing products which range from the traditional picket fence to hurricane-rated privacy fences.
DOMUS EVERLASTING DOCK SYSTEM
The DOMUS Everlasting dock system was designed to last indefinitely in the Caribbean climate. The system combines prestress concrete piles, pile-caps, beams and joists (capable of carrying live loads of 100 lbs/sq. ft.) with DOMUS decking and handrail products. DOMUS engineers can design, supply and install custom-configured finger docks and deck areas.
